PGBA’s web functionality allows providers, clients and plan members to access secure self-service options. Our implementation is unique to the industry in that we integrate directly with a single system, allowing real-time processing of information.
A myriad of self-service options bring added convenience and security to registered viewers, such as the submission of claims with real-time adjudication. In addition to basic self-service functions, our web interface allows online contact with customer service representatives for personal follow-up. Our online patient directory allows providers to enter patient data into their own directories, which then populates submitted claims. It's another example of PGBA's leadership in harnessing the power of web-based functionality as a strategic operational tool.
