Process Improvements

Excellence is a moving target. Thatís why PGBA is ever vigilant in our efforts toward total continuous improvement (TCI). It gives us a common set of guidelines as we set goals, meet them, and move the mark to the next level.

TCI teams are comprised of associates who are assigned to explore, design and implement new processes to address specific areas for improvement, as well as to ideate toward proactive solutions. These teams continually develop process improvements that elevate customer service, enhance quality and reduce costs. Regardless of the project, TCI teams produce outcomes that benefit PGBA clients and plan members, while engendering a spirit of teamwork at the highest level.
